I usually order my contact lenses through my optician but decided to give Lenstore.co.uk a try due to contact lenses being a lot cheaper. I ordered Air Optix for astigmatism but when the order came I realised that I had ordered my contact lenses in minus instead of plus powers. Lenstore.co.uk were happy to rectify this and the contact lenses were exchanged FREE of charge. The only problem was the time taken for them to receive my lenses due to advice to simply post then back in original packing with the message return to sender affixed, however one Lenstore.co.uk received the contact lenses I had my exchange within 2 days. Overall I am very happy with the service provided and will definitely be using them again.
