The only suggestion I have is that perhaps instead of using Royal Mail you could use a… [+] private courier because Royal Mail is not really that great with deliveries. Use of a private courier can understandably be preferred by customers, but this would mean our customers would have to pay quite a substantial amount more for postage charges. ”
