The first time I ordered from Lenstore I was very impressed with the prices and super quick delivery. However, when I re-ordered although the prices were still good the delivery was awful. My delivery was quite late, which is very un-helpful when ordering contact lenses! Lenstore.co.uk Response: we are very disappointed not to have met our customer's expectations with this order. The contact lenses were dispatched after 4 working days as per our delivery & postage policy (which we often beat). An apology & a gesture of goodwill was sent to this customer. We hope to be given the opportunity to beat expectations next time.

Fantastic service all round. Used to buy my lenses from the States because of price, but Lenstore worked out just as cheap and because they use Royal Mail they managed to get through the BFPO system so that my lenses got to me in Cyprus. Great website that's easy to navigate. Customer service refreshingly polite, helpful and efficient. If only more British companies were run with this ethos!! Will have no need to go elsewhere...price, service, speed and quality. Thanks.
