It all came good in the end!
I called Lenstore before ordering to check availability because I was in a hurry due to an impending holiday. I found the 'status' very confusing, it looked like my order hadn't been processed, but I called again and it was fine. Unfortunately something went wrong at the manufacturer's end of the process and my contact lenses were not dispatched and weren't going to arrive in time for my holiday. As I was going for 3+ weeks I needed a least one contact lens (I wear monthlies) while I was away. Lenstore arranged to have the contact lenses sent to the campsite in France! It took longer than they thought, but luckily they arrived the day before I was due to move site. So all's well that ends well, and sending them to France for me was fantastic service. I will definitely use Lenstore again - although next time I will order a bit earlier. LENSTORE RESPONSE: On this occasion our manufacturer missed one loop in our stock replenishment cycle which was the cause of the delay. We're delighted that our customer received her contact lenses whilst abroad in France. We look forward to supplying her again.

My optician prescribed me some new contact lenses. I was assured they were available via their internet site. I was not surprised to find that they were not. They only sold them via their in store service on a 3-month supply basis. I found that Lenstore could provide the same contact lenses at about half the cost. I ordered my whole year's supply and they arrived in my post box about 3 days later. I have recommended Lenstore to my friends.

I've never used an online store for contact lenses prior to using Lenstore. However after using the site I wouldn't go anywhere else. I purchases the same contact lenses at a third of the price, delivered within a week with a free bottle of solution. Very impressive.

Fast, Efficient and Great Value
Having spent years being complacent and using the same optician, I decided to try Lenstore and was delighted with the speed and price. I got the exact same contact lenses for less than half the price I'd been paying for years. The only thing was I didn't receive the 59p lens case I ordered, but the free bottle of solution I did receive more than made up for the oversight (although that's not to say it won't arrive!). Still worth it for a £30+ saving for 3 months supply of toric lenses. I'll certainly be using Lenstore again. LENSTORE RESPONSE: Our sincerest apologies to this customer for not sending out the lens case first time round. A mispick by our distribution team occurred. The customer was sent two lens cases as a gesture of apology after Lenstore staff reviewed this testimonial.

After being told by my usual on-line contact lens supplier that my contact lenses are not stock lenses and they would have to be ordered specially, I ordered from Lenstore and had my contact lenses in less than a week and substantially cheaper. Easy, Fast, Cheap and Convenient
I always bought my contact lenses from my optician but felt like it was more expensive than it needed to be and more inconvenient to have to go and pick up the lenses from the store. I had a look online as I heard it was cheaper. I came across Lenstore. It seemed to be one of the cheapest and looked reputable so I bought a set from them. I have since continued to buy my lenses from lenstore as it is easy, fast, cheap and convenient.

Overall Service
If you are new to purchasing contact lenses online or have visited other sites then don't look any further. I trawled the net for not only the best offer but looking for a good service. Lenstore offered an excellent price but service second to none. I had an inital query about my prescription which was answered very efficiently and quickly and on the back of the answer placed an order for some Toric contact lenses. After placing the order I sent a message to them as I was unsure I had entered the prescription correctly, I hadn't!! They quickly and correctly started processing the order. I knew I would have to wait as all torics are made to measure. I placed an order on the Saturday and the contact lenses were delivered by the following Friday, brilliant. My wife ordered her contact lenses from Sainsbury's website and are bog standard lens. They took over 2 weeks to be delivered and were more expensive than Lenstore. This was my first time ordering contact lenses online and Lenstore were very reasonably priced. After placing my order I realised that delivery would probably be on the day I was travelling so I rang Lenstore - no problem at all. The gentleman made a note and rang me when the lenses were ready for dispatch, he then posted them to the hotel where I was staying. They were waiting for me when I arrived on the Friday morning and I linedanced all weekend with brilliant vision and no glasses!! Excellent service, extremely helpful and very well mannered! First Time
First time using Lenstore and contact lenses arrived in less than a week. Only thing is that I ordered Air Optix contact lenses and the inside holder is slightly different from what I got in my opticians. I haven't worn them yet to see if their is any difference but I think it depends what country they are made for. Lenstore.co.uk Response: the correct lenses were sent out to the customer. Often Opticians repackage contact lenses as their own brand. Lenstore.co.uk sources all contact lenses direct from the manufacturer in the UK. The contact lenses the customer has received from us is the UK version. We hope that in this instance our customer is pleased with our service and we will of course correct any mistakes.
