I tentatively placed my 1st ever online order with Lenstore having been told by my opticians that lenses would have to be ordered from Germany, take at least 5 days and be unlikely to arrive before Xmas. Lenstore were able to fulfil my order within 4 days, just in time for Xmas. Ordering was easy and lenses exactly as ordered at half the price so no guesses who will get my business next time!

Service was good, fast. But i would think they would indicate whch prescription is for left eye or right eye, as the ordering prescription did ask for it (only being picky), but good.

The service was excellent - I had my lenses within less than a week, actually a lot quicker than the service my optician has provided in the past. This was the first time I had bought contact lenses online and was reassured to find that Lenstore require your Optician's details to verify your prescription for the contact lenses you are purchasing - some other online suppliers don't offer this and are obviously happy to supply contact lenses to anyone (suitable or not!). Lenstore's customer service is excellent, they are friendly and polite and advise you of any problems by email straight away. When phoning the call centre, I got through very quickly and spoke to someone who was able to answer my questions immediately. An excellent service all round. *****
