On the whole good service
Only a few points I would raise, firstly my right eye takes toric lenses that come 3 in a box and the normal ones come six to a box. So I need 2 boxes for my right eye and only one for my left. Your system would not let me order the two boxes for my right eye for a while until I clicked a checkbox to waiver something or rather that was not connected to it. Can't the system be set up to recognise how many lenses are being be ordered or make it clearer? Also delivery was pretty slow.... Apart from that, good pricing and easy to navigate site. LENSTORE RESPONSE: all customers can select the order for one eye option on our product pages - this has been set up so that people who need different contact lenses in each eye can order them (many other companies only allow you to order pairs of contact lenses). We dispatched the customer's order on the 3rd working day and apologise that this did not meet expectations. We hope to be given the opportunity to beat this customer's expectations next time.

Great Service
I have used Lenstore twice over the last few months to purchase my Acuvue Oasys contact lenses. I started to use Lenstore, after finding it by chance, doing some internet price comparisons one day for my contact lenses, as the lenses I use are one of the dearest, but the best for my dry eyes. Lenstore supplies my lenses at half the price that most high street opticians charge me, which is more than I could ask for. It's a really great service and I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for the best value for money.

This is the second time I have ordered contact lenses from Lenstore.co.uk and have had excellent service both times. I especially like the fact that you can re-order current prescription at a touch of a button, as details are saved so you don't have to go scurrying around to find your prescription! Better contact lense price than my local Optician :)

Toric lenses
My optometrist retired I was able to collect a prescription which was valid for a further 9 months. I decided to research on-line purchase of contact lenses. I had some difficulty in reading the prescription properly and was given extremely clear help when I phoned Lenstore. My contact lenses (identical to ones which I was paying almost double) arrived promptly and I am extremely pleased with the Lenstore service. I will have saved almost £100 over six months. I would recommend Lenstore to anyone and will certainly buy from them again after my next contact lens test.

First order with Lenstore
This is my first time ordering with Lenstore. Service is fine. However the daily disposables I ordered did take a day or two longer to get to me by standard post than my previous supplier, Specsavers. That annoyed me a bit as I had to go to my local Optician & pay extra for week's extra lenses whilst I was waiting for my order to arrive from Lenstore. I think contact lens suppliers have to realise the product is the same everywhere. The main factor for us lens-wearers is how quickly they can get the lens to us after we order them! So i'd give them 3 out of 5 due to delay in reaching me. LENSTORE.CO.UK RESPONSE: We are very sorry that a slight delay was experienced by the customer in receiving his contact lenses. The customer's order was dispatched on the 4th working day - within our 5 day target dispatch time. We do often dispatch products within a shorter time frame but were unable to do so on this occasion. We hope we will have the opportunity to beat expectations if the customer reorders with us.

I am very happy with Lenstore in terms of pricing and efficiency of delivery. Between placing my first order and then renewing, my contact lens prescription changed which meant Lenstore had to obtain confirmation of my new prescription from my optician.
