This was my first experience of using Lenstore and I was not disappointed. The actual ordering process was simple with easy to use on-line forms, account set-up and acknowledgements were prompt. When I queried the delivery of my order their response time to my query was good. I was very pleased with my recent purchase from Lenstore. I recieved my contact lenses within only a couple of days of submitting my order and it cost me subtantially less than my usual subscription direct from my opticians. It did take a while to process my order online and register which was a bit annoying, but overall it was a good shopping experience! I wear Bausch & Lomb SofLens Toric contact lenses. At Lenstore I purchased 6 months for £10 cheaper than my optician charges me for 3! I ordered online on a Sunday and the contact lenses were delivered by Friday. It would have been sooner had it been a repeat order but as it was my first they check with your Optician that you have provided the correct prescription. All in all, I am very happy with the service they provide and their communication between me ordering and receiving was very thorough.

I wear toric purevision contact lenses and they can cost a fortune. Lenstore.co.uk are by far the cheapest I could find and they delivered when they said they would and got the order right.
