Really Good Service
I contacted Lenstore when I had trouble getting my contact lenses from my usual online supplier. Lenstore made sure that the lenses I wanted were in stock before I ordered. I have just used Lenstore for the first time. The prices are very competitive and the staff have been very helpful. One slight glitch with the delivery (contact lenses but no solutions!) was quickly rectified when I pointed out the problem so no big problem! I will certainly use Lenstore again. LENSTORE RESPONSE: we apologise for the mispick in the package that was sent to this customer. This was down to human error in our fulfilment centre. We resolved the issue immediately and are pleased that the customer was satisfied with our service recovery. We value his custom immensely.

Great Customer Service
For a first time user I have nothing but positive things to say about the great level of customer service provided by Lenstore. Even though there was a problem from the manufacturer's end with the contact lenses I recieved, Lenstore took control of the problem and dispatched new contact lenses to cover the error with the manufacturer. They did not 'need to investigate' or pass on the blame. They immediately apologised and resolved the problem for me the customer. With this great level of customer service I will be ordering my future contact lenses with Lenstore.

I have never ordered my contact lenses on line before and so I compared quite a lot of on-line providers. Lenstore was very competitively priced and I liked the fact that they asked for the contact details of the place where you had your last eye test to check that the prescription was correct and up to date. Excellent Customer Service
I placed my order for contact lenses and noticed I had clicked the wrong details so had to send not one but two amendments through. Lenstore took it all in their stride and made the changes to my order resulting in me receiving the correct contact lenses. However six weeks later I cannot get on with the toric lenses I ordered and Lenstore have kindly allowed me to return the unopened 2nd box of three lenses and refund me so I can re-order later. I am more than happy with the product - after initial scepticism about buying contacts online. More than that - as the lenses were temporarily out of stock you posted one pair ahead of the order (AT NO EXTRA COST) to ensure I wasn't left without. Brillant service! Just one quibble - my own fault - I hadn't kept a note of which prescription matched which eye, and there was no indication on the box (L/R) as I was accustomed to being provided with by my optician.

TORIC CONTACT LENSES
Considerably cheaper than my usual dispenser, the contact lenses came through my letterbox a few days later, so I did not have to go and pick them up. Lenses were available from stock also which was not always the case with my old dispenser.
