I ordered contact lenses from Lenstore.co.uk for the first time a few weeks ago. It took about five minutes to order the contact lenses (as I was a new user I had to register) and the order was received within a week. I did call up the helpline to ask when my contact lenses would arrive five days after placing the order and spoke to a very polite gentleman who was very helpful and told me I would receive my order within two days, and he would chase it for me. He did, and two days later I received my contact lenses. Overall, I am very happy with the service and the contact lenses I received are very comfortable. A good experience - much better than any experience I have ever had at Specsavers!

My first order with Lenstore.co.uk - and really can't fault the prices. However, my previous orders with other contact lens suppliers were much faster dispatch. I placed my order, and waited, and waited, chased the delivery, to then only be told that one eye was out of stock. I'm not sure if I would have been notified had I not chased. I therefore ran out of contact lenses. Great website, easy to navigate, easy to order - but speed of delivery could be improved. LENSTORE RESPONSE: Thank you for your feedback.
