The lenses came quickly and were exactly right. I only wish you stocked Sauflon Synergi solution. I have been very impressed with the service Lenstore provided recently when I looked online to source lenses that were being discontinued by the manufacturers. I discovered a wealth of information and more surprisingly ,a very helpful and efficient e-mail service for people like me with somewhat complicated questions. I was also impressed with the ethics of the company in that they check your actual script with your optician. I have used Boots Opticians for about fifteen years to supply my lenses and have been unhappy of late with the service they have provided. From now on I will only use them for my annual check-up and will use Lenstore to purchase my lenses. It's not just about price, Lenstore being cheaper than Boots, it's about service and the service I have received has been great. My only very small niggle is that the contact telephone number is an 0844 number. I would be happier if it was a local number or an 0845 number, but that is the only thing that I can think of that is negative. LENSTORE RESPONSE: thank you to the customer for her feedback. 0844 numbers are actually cheaper to call (it costs 2p a minute) than 0845 number and that's why we offer it. We will be looking into offering a freephone number for our customers in the future.

I looked and looked at sites that sell contact lenses. Probably for a year or more. You would hear of people ordering on line and I was always concerned about buying anything on line. Fraud etc., and at the end of the day it’s not a book it’s your eyes. I read the testimonials of other users and felt as confident as you are going to get from someone like me. I wear Johnson and Johnson Acuvue Advance for Astigmatism and the cost was getting out of hand from my local opticians. I was until recently paying a fortune for a single pair of Proclear contact lenses from the eye hospital and usually having to wait 3 weeks for delivery.
