I have recently made a second order for contact lenses and was more than amazed at the service. My queries and concerns over their delivery period (being December) proved to be not the least bit founded. This company has processed my order professionally and delivers as they advertise. I was happy that I received the Air Optix Aqua brand contact lenses as advertised on their web site and at a cheaper price than I experienced with Specsavers, who in my experience were not able to deliver as advertised. Previously I had a bad experience with Specsavers who had taken £78 for six months supply and tried to sell me incorrect contact lenses on three occasions, each time insisting that these cheaper contact lenses where the same thing until finally I received a refund, after complaining to the manager, and an optician admitted that they were not the same contact lenses and that CIBA Vision did not supply them with Air Optix Aqua lenses.
