Should I get soft or hard lenses?
Soft lenses are generally more comfortable to wear than hard lenses. They stay in place better and are easier to adjust to than hard lenses.
Hard lenses are smaller in size than soft lenses, which means that there is a higher chance of your lenses dislodging from the eye during sports or other activities.
Soft lenses are more commonly prescribed than hard lenses, unless you have an eye condition that requires you to wear a hard lens.
Your optician is more likely to fit you with a soft lens, unless there is a medical reason.
