Changed from 2-weekly to Daily
Decided to try daily contact lenses having been a long term user of 2-weekly and before that monthly lenses. I have not been disappointed, the lenses are so much comfortable and of course I do not have the hassle of cleaning. Ordering online was easy and delivery quick - thank you Lenstore for making this so easy.
Good customer service
I recently re-ordered lenses from Lenstore. One pair were a slightly different strength than I usually buy. I was impressed to receive a phone call very shortly after from Julian at Lenstore, to check that I had ordered correctly. I find Lenstore most efficient.
Contact Lens Problem
Had difficulty removing one of my fortnightly lenses and was unable to locate in my eye or in my immediate vicinity. The optician I use was on holiday and I was unable to get an appointment for someone to check to see if the lense was still in my eye, so I turned to Lenstore for advice. I was informed that I should get my eye checked and gave me the option of contacting Vision Express direct from my Lenstore account for a local appointment, which I did.
