World Sight Month Campaign Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Lenstore charity campaign supporting OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation (the “Campaign”).

They supplement Lenstore’s standard Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply to all purchases made through the Lenstore website.

1. Promoter

The Campaign is operated by LGL Limited, a company registered in the Bailiwick of Guernsey (company number 51990) with its registered office at Anson Court, La Route des Camps, St Martin, GY4 6AD, Guernsey, trading as Lenstore ("Lenstore", "we", "us" or "our").

2. Charity beneficiary

The beneficiary of the Campaign is OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation (“OneSight”).

OneSight supports access to vision care for people in need, including the provision of eye care and glasses.

3. Campaign period

The Campaign will run from 1 October 2026 until 31 October 2026, unless the maximum aggregate donation of £15,000 (€17,500) is reached earlier. The Campaign will not be extended beyond 31 October 2026 if the maximum aggregate donation has not been reached by that date.

If the £15,000 (€17,500) maximum contribution is reached before 31 October 2026, no further donations will accrue under the Campaign from that point.

4. How the Campaign works

For each Qualifying Order placed during the Campaign, Lenstore will calculate the difference between the eligible order value and the next 50p increment.

Lenstore, through UK EFS Ltd, its subsidiary, will donate that amount to OneSight.

The donation is funded entirely by Lenstore and is made at no additional cost to the customer. The amount charged to the customer for their order will not be increased as a result of the Campaign.

For example, if the eligible order value is £24.21, Lenstore will donate £0.29 to OneSight.

Where the eligible order value already falls exactly on a 50p increment, such as £24.00 or £24.50, Lenstore will donate a flat 50p to OneSight.

5. Qualifying Orders

A “Qualifying Order” is an order:

  • for contact lenses purchased through the Lenstore website;
  • placed between 1 October 2026 and 31 October 2026, subject to the Campaign ending earlier if the maximum contribution is reached;
  • with an eligible order value of at least £20;
  • which is not subsequently cancelled, returned or refunded in full.

The £20 minimum order value is calculated based on the value of eligible products after any applicable discounts and promotions and excluding delivery charges.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Only items ultimately purchased and retained by the customer will count towards the Campaign.

Orders that are cancelled or refunded in full will not generate a Campaign donation.

If part of an order is returned or refunded, Lenstore may recalculate the donation by reference to the final eligible value of the products retained by the customer.

If, following a partial return or refund, the final eligible order value falls below £20, the order will no longer qualify for a Campaign donation.

7. Maximum Campaign contribution

Lenstore’s total contribution to OneSight under the Campaign is capped at an aggregate maximum of £15,000 (€17,500).

Once the maximum contribution of £15,000 (€17,500) has been reached, no further Campaign donations will accrue, even if the Campaign period has not yet ended.

8. Campaign impact

The maximum contribution set for this campaign is expected to help fund vision care for up to approximately 17,500 people in need.

This figure is an estimate based on information provided by OneSight. The actual number of people supported or vision care services provided may vary depending on how the funds are used and the cost of delivering eye care.

9. Customer payment

Customers are not themselves making a charitable donation through their purchase.

The Campaign contribution is made by Lenstore from its own funds and does not increase the amount payable by the customer.

Participation in the Campaign does not affect any applicable promotional discount or the customer’s statutory rights.

10. Final Campaign contribution

Following the end of the Campaign, Lenstore will calculate the final contribution payable to OneSight after taking account of any applicable cancellations, returns and refunds.

The total contribution will not exceed £15,000 (€17,500). The payment of the total contribution will be made by Lenstore no later than 31 January 2027.

11. Changes or early termination

Lenstore reserves the right to suspend, amend or terminate the Campaign where reasonably necessary as a result of circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Any change or early termination will not affect Campaign contributions that have already validly accrued before the change takes effect.

12. Standard Lenstore Terms and Conditions

These Campaign Terms and Conditions should be read together with Lenstore’s standard Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.lenstore.co.uk/terms-conditions.

Lenstore’s standard Terms and Conditions continue to govern purchases made through the Lenstore website.

If there is any inconsistency between these Campaign Terms and Conditions and Lenstore’s standard Terms and Conditions in relation specifically to the Campaign, these Campaign Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

Nothing in these Campaign Terms and Conditions affects customers’ statutory rights.
