What is Lenstore.co.uk’s shipping policy / process?

An average order with Lenstore.co.uk takes 5 working days from placing the order to be dispatched. We typically post a customer order within 24 hours of your prescription being verified with your Optician. As standard, we send packages to customers via Royal Mail first class. Packages sent by first class post usually arrive at their destination within 1-2 working days of shipment. For packages over £200 in value we will have these sent by first class recorded delivery (please note that this means someone will have to sign for them on delivery). For especially high value orders we may send out multiple packages. We do this to protect both our customers and Lenstore.co.uk from any delivery mistakes by Royal Mail. The most common cause of longer delivery times is that your Optician is unable to immediately verify your prescription for Lenstore.co.uk.

How long does it take to receive my contact lenses?

On average 5 working days from the moment you paid for your order to the moment it it is dispatched. Please note that some Toric and Multifocal lenses are made to order and are therefore not held in stock. Orders for these lenses may take 7-10 working days to be dispatched.

Does Lenstore.co.uk charge for shipping?

Shipping costs £2.99 per order on Lenstore.co.uk. Unlike many ecommerce companies, we’re transparent about our shipping costs. We do not conceal the shipping costs that customers incur by including it in the price of our contact lenses. We do not make money from our customers for shipping.
