Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

How to enter

This Lenstore social media prize draw (“the Prize Draw”) is available to Lenstore customers who complete the Lenstore social media posting requirement(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

1. The draw will be held from the 5th of January 2024 to the 19th of January 2024. Any responses submitted after this date will not be considered for this Prize Draw.

2. If you leave a comment on the post referencing the Prize Draw on either Instagram, Facebook, or X (formerly Twitter) between the 5th of January 2024 to the 19th of January 2024, you don’t need to do anything further to be entered into the Prize Draw for a chance to win.

3. The winner will receive an Amazon Gift Card worth £50 (the “Prize”). Lenstore will directly transfer the Prize to you by a digital voucher to the email address associated with your Lenstore account by the 31st of January 2024. The £50 Amazon.co.uk voucher will be subject to the usual Amazon Gift Card T&Cs.

4. We will randomly select one winner from among all eligible entries within 1 week following the Prize Draw’s stated end date. The winner will receive a Direct Message to their respective social media account on the channel used to enter. We will not accept any third-party entries. Only one entry per social media channel per person is permitted. Multiple entries by the same account on a post will result in disqualification.

5. The winner will be randomly selected from a total pool of entries across all social media channels participating in the Prize Draw during the dates listed above in conditions 1 & 2 (Lenstore.co.uk Instagram account, Lenstore.co.uk Facebook page, and the Lenstore.co.uk X account.

Eligibility

In order to be eligible and to be considered for this Prize Draw, you must:

• be over the age of 18 and reside in the UK
• hold a valid Lenstore account
• not be a Lenstore/EssilorLuxottica employee, contractor or other staff member
• not be a family member, agent, or in any way associated with a Lenstore/EssilorLuxottica employee, contractor or other staff member
• have entered by commenting on the prize draw post on Lenstore.co.uk Instagram account, Lenstore.co.uk Facebook page, or the Lenstore.co.uk X account before the end of the 19th of January 2024

Data and privacy

Any personal data disclosed to Lenstore when submitting the survey will be used for the purposes of the Prize Draw only and in conjunction with Lenstore's privacy policy.

Legal information

1. Lenstore (LGL Limited) is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under this Prize Draw.

2. The prize referred to in clause 3 of the "How to enter" section is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Lenstore reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

3. This Prize Draw will be governed by English Law and be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

4. Lenstore reserves the right to amend, vary, or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this Prize Draw at any time upon reasonable notice. Communication of such amendment, variation or cancellation will be added to these terms. By commenting on the Lenstore Prize Draw social media post, you agree to be bound by the above terms and conditions.
