If you’re not completely happy, we’ll give you a refund — no fuss, no hassle.

How It Works

1. Try a new type of contact lenses that you haven’t ordered from us before.
2. If they’re not quite right for you, request a refund through our Refund Process.

Special Terms & Conditions

By using the One-Click Switch feature, you agree to our Special Terms & Conditions.

• This guarantee applies only to contact lenses purchased from Lenstore UK through the One-Click Switch feature at checkout.
• Available to UK residents aged 18+ only. One claim per person.
• Returns must be made within the eligible timeframe — check our Returns Policy for details. Validation on lenses returned is required.
• Delivery fees are not refunded. Original proof of purchase is required.
• Claims on daily disposable lenses must include at least 75% of the quantity purchased, in their original and undamaged packaging.
• Claims on reusable lenses must include at least 65% of the quantity purchased, in their original and undamaged packaging.
• Only valid on 2 boxes of lenses (smallest available pack size) and one prescription type.
• We may occasionally display special offers on eligible orders, taking into consideration basket contents, past purchases of products, and promotions already applied to your visit.
• Any offer made is valid once per customer; is limited to eligible products; and cannot be applied alongside any other discount code. Changing the contents of your basket may alter your eligibility.
• Any special offer applied will have a maximum value, which be dependent on items in your order. This maximum value will be difference between the regular retail price of the product and the offer price, for a maximum of two boxes in an order.
