Delivery & Postage
The product pages display the typical dispatch times for each product. As Lenstore.co.uk does not partially ship orders, the time required to dispatch your order will be based on the product in your order with the longest dispatch time. We pride ourselves on our fast delivery times - last week we shipped 93.6% of orders on the same day they were placed.
Due to stock replenishment cycles, dispatch may occasionally take longer than stated on the product pages. If you are worried about the delivery of your order, phone our team on 0800 010 6865 and we'll work hard to ensure your delivery arrives as soon as possible.

Orders will be shipped once all products in the order are ready to dispatch. Unfortunately we are unable to split or combine orders.
In instances when the Royal Mail delivery method is selected for orders over £200, these orders will automatically be upgraded to Recorded Delivery (please note that this means someone will have to sign for them on delivery).
Unlike many ecommerce companies, we’re transparent about our shipping costs. We do not conceal the shipping costs that customers incur by including it in the price of our contact lenses, and we do not make money from our customers for shipping.
Royal Mail - The vast majority of Lenstore.co.uk packages sent via Royal Mail arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch. If your order has not arrived after 5 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Office to see if the order has been returned to the depot as undelivered, as it may be awaiting your collection.
If your order is not delivered to you or awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office after 5 working days, we will raise a dispute with Royal Mail about the non-delivered order. We will replace any non-delivered orders after investigations have been completed.
Special Delivery and International - Please use the tracking code included in your dispatch email to track the progress of your order. You can contact us on 0800 010 6865 if delivery is taking longer than expected. Please note that if you select special delivery, someone will need to sign for the order when it arrives. For international deliveries, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive.
Sameday/Express - If your order was dispatched via the Sameday/Express courier service, then your items should arrive before 6:00pm that day. If your order has not arrived by 6:00pm of the day advised, and you have not received any communication informing you of a delay, please contact us via email at email@example.com or phone 0800 010 6865 so we can assist you further.
Click & Collect - If you are unable to collect your order before 6pm or wish to have your order sent via Royal Mail, please contact us before 5:30pm via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 0800 010 6865 so we can assist you further.
