How long does Lenstore.co.uk take to dispatch my order?

Product pages display the typical dispatch times for each product. Depending on stock availability, you have until 10 pm every weekday to place your order and receive it the very next day as standard with our Standard Delivery service. We don’t partially ship orders, so the time required to dispatch your order will be based on the product in your order with the longest dispatch time.

What delivery methods do we offer?

We offer our customers the choice of the following delivery methods:

What countries does Lenstore.co.uk ship to?

We ship orders to the following countries:

Orders will be shipped once all products in the order are ready to dispatch. Unfortunately, we are unable to split or combine orders.

In instances when the Standard Delivery method is selected for orders over £200, these orders will automatically be upgraded to Recorded Delivery (please note that this means someone will have to sign for them on delivery).

What if Lenstore.co.uk has dispatched my order and it has not arrived?

Standard Delivery - The vast majority of Lenstore.co.uk packages sent via Standard Delivery arrive the next working day after dispatch. If your order has not arrived after 5 working days, please contact customerservices@lenstore.co.uk

If you cannot receive your item on the scheduled delivery day, you can include information to the delivery driver regarding a safe place where the parcel can be left. If no safe place is listed, the item may be delivered to a neighbour alongside a notification card in your letterbox. Three further attempts on separate days shall occur before the item is returned to us.

Special Delivery and International - Please use the tracking code included in your dispatch email to track the progress of your order. You can contact us if delivery is taking longer than expected. Please note that if you select special delivery, someone will need to sign for the order when it arrives. For international deliveries, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive.

Last Minute - If your order was dispatched via the Last-Minute courier service, your items should arrive by 6 pm that day. If your order has not arrived by 6 pm of the day advised, and you have not received any communication informing you of a delay, please contact us so we can assist you further.

Click & Collect - If you are unable to collect your order before 8 pm Monday to Friday / 6 pm Saturday or wish to have your order sent via Standard Delivery, please contact us.
