Delivery & Postage
We’re still open and dispatching your orders on time. Some deliveries may take slightly longer than usual due to possible courier delays.
The quickest and easiest way to check the status of your order is via your online account. Simply login and visit My Orders, where you can view all recent purchases.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a dispatch email with a link to track your order.
Product pages display the typical dispatch times for each product. Depending on stock availability, you have until 11pm every weekday to place your order and receive it the very next day as standard with our Royal Mail 24 service. We don’t partially ship orders, so the time required to dispatch your order will be based on the product in your order with the longest dispatch time.

We ship orders to the following countries:
N.B.: We can only ship sunglasses to UK addresses.
Orders will be shipped once all products in the order are ready to dispatch. Unfortunately, we are unable to split or combine orders.
In instances when the Royal Mail 24 method is selected for orders over £200, these orders will automatically be upgraded to Recorded Delivery (please note that this means someone will have to sign for them on delivery).
Royal Mail 24 - The vast majority of Lenstore.co.uk packages sent via Royal Mail 24 arrive the next working day after dispatch. If your order has not arrived after 5 working days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If your order is not delivered to you or awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office after 5 working days, we will raise a dispute with Royal Mail about the non-delivered order. We will replace any non-delivered orders after investigations have been fully completed.
Special Delivery and International - Please use the tracking code included in your dispatch email to track the progress of your order. You can contact us if delivery is taking longer than expected. Please note that if you select special delivery, someone will need to sign for the order when it arrives. For international deliveries, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive.
Last Minute - If your order was dispatched via the Last-Minute courier service, your items should arrive by 6pm that day. If your order has not arrived by 6pm of the day advised, and you have not received any communication informing you of a delay, please contact us so we can assist you further.
Click & Collect - If you are unable to collect your order before 8pm Monday to Friday / 6pm Saturday or wish to have your order sent via Royal Mail 24, please contact us.
