How long does Lenstore.co.uk take to dispatch my order?

Product pages display the typical dispatch times for each product. Depending on stock availability, you have until 11pm, 7 days a week, to place your order and receive it the very next day with Royal Mail 24. We don’t partially ship orders, so the time required to dispatch your order will be based on the product in your order with the longest dispatch time.

We offer our customers the choice of the following delivery methods:

What countries does Lenstore.co.uk ship to?

We ship orders to the following countries:

Orders will be shipped once all products in the order are ready to dispatch. Unfortunately, we are unable to split or combine orders.

In instances when Royal Mail 24 is selected for orders over £200, these orders will automatically be upgraded to Special Delivery (please note that this means someone will have to sign for them on delivery).

What if Lenstore.co.uk has dispatched my order and it has not arrived?

Royal Mail 24 - The vast majority of Lenstore.co.uk packages sent via Royal Mail 24 arrive the next day after dispatch. If your order has not arrived 72 hours after dispatch, please contact customerservices@lenstore.co.uk

If you miss your parcel delivery, Royal Mail will leave a red ‘Something for you’ notification card. This card will explain if your item is left with a neighbour or on its way back to your local delivery office where you can collect it. The card also includes information on how you can arrange a redelivery.

Special Delivery - Please use the tracking code included in your dispatch email to track the progress of your order. You can contact us if delivery is taking longer than expected. Please note that if you select special delivery, someone will need to sign for the order when it arrives.

International - Depending on the delivery region, please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive.
