*You can return any orders within 60 days of dispatch and receive a full refund. Please note that you are only eligible for a full refund if the products you return are sealed and unused.

Ordered the wrong prescription, or your prescription has changed?

If your prescription has changed, or you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong prescription, you can return any unopened boxes in their original condition to our freepost returns address.

Our team will be able to organise replacement lenses after you’ve returned the unwanted product.
