FAQs

How long can you wear Acuvue 1 Day Moist?

1 Day Acuvue Moist with Lacreon are daily disposable contact lenses. This means you can wear them for one day at a time. You need to remove and dispose of them each night and insert a fresh pair the next morning.

Which is better, Acuvue Oasys 1 Day or Moist?

Both types of lens are manufactured by Johnson & Johnson and so possess UV ray protection and surface tint. The key difference between these daily disposable lenses is the wetting technology used within them.

Acuvue Oasys use HydraLuxe technology, which keeps eyes moist by mimicking your own tears, whereas Acuvue Moist uses Lacreon technology and has a much higher water content embedded within the lens.

On the other hand, Oasys lenses are made of a silicone hydrogel, which allows a higher level of oxygen to reach the eyes than the non-silicone hydrogel used for Acuvue Moist.
