These Terms and Conditions apply to the activity in which the student has participated as part of the campaign.

Contact lens comfort trial (Lens On Eye – by J&J)

Participants who take part in the contact lens trial provided by Johnson & Johnson are subject to the Johnson & Johnson Terms and Conditions, available at acuvue.com.

The promoter of this campaign is LGL Ltd. dba Lenstore, Fourth Floor, Plaza House, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, GY1 3UQ, Guernsey.

The free screening is conducted using the WAM800 autorefractor device, which provides a quick, basic assessment of vision and refractive error.

The screening does not constitute a professional eye examination or replace a full sight test by an optometrist.

Participants are strongly advised to attend a full eye test at Vision Express or another qualified optician if any issues are indicated or if they experience discomfort.

Lenstore accepts no liability for any eye-related issues, discomfort, or conditions arising from participation in the screening or comfort trial, as these are not professional clinical tests.

Screening is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

One participation per student. No cash alternative.

This voucher gives you one free standard eye test at selected Vision Express stores.

The offer is available only at the following locations:
