This prize draw is open to Lenstore customers who have completed the Customer Feedback Survey.
Employees of Lenstore, GrandVision and their families are not eligible to enter. Lenstore’s decision as to those able to take part is final.
Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry.
There will be four winners of the £50 Amazon gift card prize draw (which will be subject to usual Amazon gift card terms and conditions).
The prize cannot be substituted.
Only one entry per person is permitted. No third party entries will be accepted.
Personal information provided by the winners will only be used by Lenstore in connection with the prize draw and will not be disclosed to any third party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with Lenstore’s privacy notice.
The result of the draw and Lenstore’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
