Lenstore Customer Feedback Survey Terms and conditions

The competition promoter is Cobalt Sky (1st Floor, 314-316 Upper Richmond Road, London SW15 6TL, United Kingdom).
This prize draw is open to Lenstore customers residing in the UK aged 18 years or over, who have completed the Customer Feedback Survey.
Employees of Lenstore, GrandVision, Cobalt Sky, Razor and their families are not eligible to enter. The Promoter’s decision as to those able to take part is final. Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry.
There will be 4 winners of the £100 Amazon Gift card prize draw (which will be subject to usual Amazon gift card terms and conditions).
The prize cannot be substituted.
Only one entry per person is permitted. No third-party entries will be accepted.
Personal information provided by the winners will only be used by Cobalt Sky in connection with the prize draw and will not be disclosed to any third party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the Cobalt Sky privacy policy.
The result of the draw and the promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
